Yay!
So, like, I am totally jealous that my entire family is together this weekend. Living overseas can be such a pain sometimes. Tickets over here have gotten outrageously expensive, so no one wants to come visit! Even J is away for the next few weeks – home only on the weekend. *sigh* It’s such a bummer.
Lucky for me, my wonderful mother called and asked me to meet her in London at Mr & Mrs G’s place! I found a good ticket on Ryanair and I’ll be winging my way across the English Channel on the 14th. Now, I’ve been to London a couple of times, but there is still so much to do- I’m really looking forward to seeing some shows and spending more time in the British Museum.
The only thing that I’m disappointed about is the plays showing at the Globe. I would dearly love to see a performance there, but they are only showing Coriolanus and Titus Adronicus, two of my absolutely least favorite plays ever.
