Paris
…and we’re back. We had a lovely week in Paris with J’s parents, but it’s nice to be home. Sophie only managed to require 2 stitches while we were away this time. SIGH. I suppose she’s trying to tell me something. No more vacations for awhile, I think.
I particularly enjoyed our day trips: to Chartres, Giverny and Versailles. (We rented bicycles at Versaille and rode around the gardens!) But I feel I’ve pretty much seen everything Paris has to offer now. There’s always more to see at the Louvre and Orsay, but 4 times in one city is probably enough. I’m hoping to do a few days in Rome next. Also on the plate for next year: Ireland. Prague. Barcelona.
In other news, Kristen & Chris have learned they’re having a boy! Very exciting. Time to start shopping!!
