Weekend Recap
I had a fairly quiet weekend. J wasn’t around – he had some schoolwork to attend to – so it was just me & Sophie. I watched Domino and was disappointed. Don’t bother even renting it; it was that bad.
Anyhow, J was back on Sunday and we spent a couple of hours in the afternoon cleaning out the basement. We did a darn good job getting rid of alot of junk that’s been sitting around down there collecting dust & taking up space. It felt really good to tackle it. We also rearranged things in the kitchen, which has opened up more space too.
This week promises to be short – I leave early early Friday morning to fly to Vienna & meet up with mom. The weather doesn’t look too promising, but I’m sure we’ll enjoy our time together regardless. I’m particularly looking forward to the Sound of Music tour in Salzburg. “Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens…”
