Generally speaking.
Not a lot going on with us since we’ve come back from France. Our base celebrated it’s 25th anniversary last weekend with several parties and general merriment. It was quite fun. The fireworks were amazing. The powers-that-be even painted one of the AWACs planes to commemorate the occasion:
Otherwise, I haven’t been doing too much. J is immersed in 2 master’s classes this summer which are taking a TON of time, but I’m glad he is getting that much closer to finishing. Due to the class load, we don’t have any summer travel plans. We’re trying to plan a week in Ireland for September. Ireland is the last on my very absolutely must see before we move back. Everything else will be gravy. [In fact, speaking of gravy, I'm probably jinxing any plans, BUT it looks like I might be doing a cruise in October with some girlfriends! happy dance!!]
