Holland.
Last Friday I went up to Alkmaar, Holland with some girlfriends to visit the cheese market and then over to Zaanse Schans. It made for a full day, but very fun! Alkmaar boasts that they’ve had a cheese weighing house since 1365. That’s a long long time.
