Janna wrap up.
We are nearing the end of Janna’s stay and all I can say is…I am SO not ready for either a puppy or a baby. No way, no how. The constant demands for attention, the middle of the night potty breaks….sigh. She’s adorable and all, but I am happy to return her to her mom & dad tomorrow. J was a huge help in taking care of her, thank goodness! As he says, “a tired dog is a well behaved dog,” so he’d take her out for nice long walks every evening. Janna has also convinced me that the best dogs are small dogs. I’m just not a big dog person.
In other news, we’re hearing that we might leave Germany sooner than we thought. Right now, we are scheduled to leave in May 2008…but it might be as early as February! *gulp* So much to do in a short time! I have enjoyed our years here and we’ve gone so many places and seen so many things, but I am homesick. I’ve been making plans for my visit home next month and am looking forward to spending a weekend in OKC seeing friends. I am starting to crave fajitas in a big way. And queso. oh, and margaritas. Seeing a pattern here?

February! Wow…that’s short notice!
Believe me, I understand how you’re feeling. Now that the wheels are set in motion for our move, December 9th cannot get here soon enough. I feel like this process has been dragging on forever!
