Wow, it’s already December! This year has gone so fast. Wasn’t I just moaning about how long it seemed until we got to go home?! I leave on 12 December to head home for Christmas and I couldn’t be more excited. It will be so much fun to be with all the family.
Spent Saturday at the Centro Mall in Oberhausen with three girlfriends. We had such a good time shopping the mall (it’s an actual indoor mall) and visiting the Christmas market there. We lucked out and had really great weather too. We didn’t buy a whole lot because the exchange rate is terrible now, but it was still fun to be out and about! J’s been really sick, so I’m sure he was glad I was out all day so he could sleep on the couch. He got on antibiotics this past Friday, so he’s finally on the mend.

Where are you going to be when you’re over here? The drive from my house to College Station is pretty short, and I would *LOVE* to see you for lunch or something if you have time!
By the way, this is cracking me up: “(it’s an actual indoor mall)” I still remember getting to go to the actual indoor mall when I lived in Germany – it was fantastic! Especially in winter, when it was icky outside. I loved the mall down in Nurnberg!
