Point Defiance
J and I took advantage of the gorgeous weather yesterday to head out to Point Defiance Zoo. It’s a beautiful location – with gorgeous views of the Sound. We really enjoyed the animals – my favorites were in the Rocky Shores section: puffins, sea otters and walruses. The entire Point Defiance park is fantastic, with a marina, miles of trails, old forts and a logging museum. We’re looking forward to going back again in the summer time.
