Baby Shower

Last weekend some of the wives from J’s unit threw me a baby shower. It was so nice – I haven’t been part of the group long and certainly didn’t expect the party OR all the lovely gifts. LOTS of pink! My favorite part was (of course) the food.

    It wasn’t a parking ticket – just a note from the mailman asking me not to park in front of the mailboxes! I really didn’t think I was blocking them, and Ruby felt bad she didn’t mention that I might be…

    That’s so awesome that they threw you a shower. What a lovely gesture. I’m glad you enjoyed it. And you look absolutely gorgeous in that photo!
