9 Months Old
Madeline turned 9 months old yesterday. And believe it or not I actually planned to write this a day late. This morning she had her 9 month check up and I wanted to share her stats:
29.5 inches long
19 lbs, 7 oz
cute as a button
Ok, so that last one wasn’t an official stat, but as you can see from the above picture, she is awfully cute. She was great at the drs office today & didn’t make a peep when they had to draw blood. (it was only a little prick on her finger) She was just very interested in what the tech was doing. Then she tried to eat the bandaid.
She’s off the charts on length now. Oh yes, she definitely takes after her daddy!! She’s a real handful – she’s in to EVERYTHING. I may have mentioned that once or twice. She’s got 6 teeth and laughs alot. She plays peekaboo now. She’s eating better actually will pick up carrots and green beans and feed herself. That’s been a bit of a struggle so I’m relieved it’s starting to happen. She’d much rather eat the yobaby yogurt, but I’m trying to keep her focused on healthy foods.
Next week we’re headed to Texas to see family & I can’t wait!
