Ouchies & Booboos
So I realize that it’s natural to comapre my kid to others – especially ones we’re around alot (kids at Little Gym, playgroup, etc) – but I don’t understand how in the world MY kid seems to be the only one hurting herself! I’m NOT a negligent parent, RIGHT?? Here’s her latest booboo:
J & I took her for a walk on Friday afternoon since we had some sunshine and she was maybe 3 steps ahead of us on the way to the playground when *BAM* she was face down & wailing! Blood all over her mouth, I was so worried she’d lost a tooth. Turns out she’d just split open her lip & scraped up her nose. Of course she was more mad we made her come home than anything else. SIGH.

Ow! Poor darlin’ at least she’s focused! Girl knows what she wants despite an obstacles like blood or pain.

Nah – you’re just documenting it (I hide him from the world for awhile and pretend nothing happened-haha). He had a nasty tooth gash not too long ago – climbed on his wipes container then fell and skimmed his front teeth on the metal ridge of the table. Talk about scared a tooth would fall out – oh yeah, I feel ya! They bleed so much when things happen to their mouths, totally scary!!!

Aww, poor baby. Glad it wasn’t too bad. I can’t believe how many teeth she has! She’s growing up entirely too fast.
