Tempest in a Teapot

And…we’re back. I am super tired, so just a couple of highlights.

.the wedding was fantastic. Kristen looked beautiful and Chris seems like a great guy. we wish them all the best!
.spending time with the parents ROCKS. I didn’t realize how much I had missed my mommy! Also, we had a nice visit with my in-laws, and J enjoyed being home in College Station again.
.a big thank you to Leia, Tina, Ru and Connie for driving out to Arlington to see J and I one night for dinner. I miss you all so much.
.Dixie Chicken! J and I had some drinks on Northgate one night while in College Station and then spent an hour wandering around campus pointing out our old dorm rooms and telling stories of our college experience. It was a lot of fun.
.I missed m Sophie SO much, and am thrilled to be back with her. She just moved in with the landlords next door for the entire time we were gone. They didn’t want to give her back!
.had a great visit with my friend Jessica in Houston – COME VISIT ME SOOOOOON!
