Hot, Hot, Hot.
Monday, July 27th, 2009We’re having quite a heat wave up here in the Seattle area this week. I’m not quite sure how to convey to people who live with AC how hot it can get…suffice to say that it’s after 9pm, I have all the windows open, fans going … and the thermostat says it is STILL 88 degrees in the living room. ugh.
I’m actually not that worried about Madeline & I…it’s Sophie that I’m really worried about. Madeline & I aren’t covered in fur & 100 years old. (that’s 15 in dog years) I’m considering getting a small portable AC unit just to make the house a little bit more bearable for her…we’ll see how she does tonight.
And would someone do a rain dance or something, we need it.
